About BeatLink

We're a team of software engineers who DJ and host events in our spare time. Like many event organizers, we found ourselves constantly overwhelmed by the mental load of coordinating everything – juggling spreadsheets, chasing down vendors on WhatsApp, keeping track of artist requirements, and losing sleep over logistics.

The breaking point came when we realized we were spending more time organizing events than actually enjoying them. We were so caught up in the chaos of coordination that we'd lost sight of why we started hosting events in the first place: to make people dance and be happy.

That's when we decided to build BeatLink. As software engineers, we knew there had to be a better way to manage the complexity of event planning. We wanted a platform that would handle all the tedious coordination work so we could focus on what matters most – creating amazing experiences that get people moving and bring joy to their lives.
